What this site is for

The site describes our products and services and lets you contact us. Content is provided for general information: product figures, case-study numbers and pricing reflect the deployments and list terms stated on each page, and commercial terms for any engagement are agreed in a written proposal or contract — nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

Pricing

Published prices are our standard list and are individually negotiated per engagement. A quotation or contract always supersedes the list.

Intellectual property

The ARM name, logo and site content are ours. Third-party event and company names appearing in case studies belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe deployments those clients have agreed to have named; no endorsement is implied beyond the engagement described.

Sample reports

The public sample reports are built on anonymised sample data and are provided to show format and method. You may share them unmodified; you may not present them as data about any real venue or event.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
