Platform
The dashboard, the API, and Major.
Everything a deployment produces lands in one near-realtime dashboard — yours, or your agency’s under its own brand — with API access and embedding for everything downstream.
Dashboard
Near-realtime zone visits, dwell, engagement and flow through the live window; final cleaned reports daily. Multi-client mode lets agencies run every client from one login, and the branding editor (light and dark themes, your colours) makes it theirs.
API
Reports and analytics over API for your own tooling — the same numbers the dashboard shows, machine-readable.
EYEframe embedding
White-label dashboard content embedded in your own website or client portal: server-side token-generated, session-context-targeted, no additional sign-in for your users. Integration including branding takes about 1.5 days, and agencies in Europe and Australia run it for all their clients.
Video analytics
Experimental since 2023: camera input for people counting and precise dwell, multi-modal with WiFi on permanent installs — ask if your site already has cameras.

Major · AI support operator
Fully self-service, with a named mechanism.
“Hello! I’m Major, a customer support assistant for ARM.” Major runs inside the platform and handles the operations work that used to be a support ticket — with permission checks where needed, and a summary for your confirmation before any create or update runs.
Resource retrieval and management
Accounts and sub-accounts, campaigns, events (time zones, live hours, locations), zones and sensor assignments, sensors by MAC address, clusters — fetched, created or updated on request.
Operations
Swap sensors between zones, generate access tokens for analytics apps like EYEframe, and pull visitor and visit analytics for any event.
Analytics and insight
Headline stats, time-interval breakdowns and data insights from your events, explained in plain language.
Support
Troubleshooting (sensor downtime, data questions), feature explanations, and support tickets raised after your explicit confirmation.
Major is an AI. He is fast, he is on duty around the clock, and — as we tell our own team — you should always check his answers carefully. Anything that changes your data waits for your confirmation.
